Myself SAMEERA BANU am from chennai,tamil nadu. I have done my UG Bsc in Nutrition, food service management and dietetics. Am a nutrition consultant who helps clients to give guidance on disease conditions like obesity, thyroid, underweight etc. So i will give proper guidance to the clients like what should they eat and how physical activity is important to them and make them stay healthy and get rid of the disease they are suffering from.
