Experts Root Students in Science of Adopting a Living/Raw Plant Diet

Total Health Institute (THI), one of the nation's leading holistic healing and alternative cancer treatment facilities, today announced a new class opening to their members. Entitled "The Perfect Diet" it is a course developed by THI founders Dr. Keith and Laurie Nemec to root students in the science and power of the proper dietary balance, and includes more than 278 pages of detailed research notes collected by THI's founders. While the class is initially limited to current members of THI, the materials are also being compiled on CD's for later release and sale to the general public.

"The Perfect Diet" is a course based on the Nemecs' research and focuses on the scientific advantages of a living/raw plant diet. The course delves into how macronutrients, consisting of carbohydrates, proteins and fats are most critical to the human body in both quantities and type. "Scientifically, not all proteins, fats and carbohydrates are created equal," states Dr. Keith Nemec, "but a perfect ratio and balance of all three is necessary for survival, and to thrive. When the ratios are altered and/or the types are changed, it can drastically affect a body's homeostasis. Our course looks at how to identify both the best, and the most dangerous types of foods, so you can always eat healthier and live better as a result."

Dr. Nemec states that the major types of macronutrients include living, raw, cooked, pH and processed, and that the differences in types often means the life or death of these cells.  "The macronutrients not only provide energy and material for growth and repair, they also produce an environment where growth and repair can be sustained in balance. If the incorrect type or ratio is consumed it will drive the body into too much growth or too much repair which ultimately leads to the weakening of the cells and early cell death."  Dr. Nemec explains that cell death in this manner can often put increased stress on the remaining cells, translated into symptoms, conditions and diseases in that person's body.

"The human body is comprised of over fifty trillion cells," Dr. Nemec continued, "and if an environment is produced that keeps these cells in balance and in a state of homeostasis then what you do to each cell, you actually do to the whole person. Our class focuses on how to make the right, educated decisions in diet to allow these cells to grow, mature and thrive - resulting in better health and wellbeing.  Our desire is that the information and research presented in this course will give new insights to bring about a paradigm shift in consciousness, to expand our way of thinking that will help us all live life to the full in body, mind and spirit. Let us live a life that will bring us to our fullest potential, so that we can be all that God created us to be, in body, mind and spirit," Dr Nemec concluded.
