On Monday, January 27, 2014, famed wrestler Jake 'The Snake' Roberts was inducted into WWE's Hall of Fame Class of 2014. This honor is particularly remarkable considering Roberts's highly publicized, long-term battle with substance abuse, which might have led him to a tragic end.

Just one year ago at age 58, Jake was in poor physical shape - 100 lbs overweight, immobilized from joint injuries and suffering from COPD.   That's when his friend and fellow wrestling veteran Diamond Dallas Page (DDP) stepped in to help. DDP offered up his spare bedroom, some financial help and a new prescription for life: no alcohol, no drugs, and a steady diet of DDP Yoga, Page's own brand of exercise that combines yoga positions, calisthenics, and cardio in a calorie-burning, flexibility-building cocktail.

Roberts, determined to rebuild his life, jumped in with both feet. He lost weight, maintained his sobriety and repaired damaged relationships.  Two weeks ago, the social media world was abuzz after Roberts made an emotional comeback on a special episode of WWE Raw.  Consensus among fans was that he had not looked so healthy in many years.

Just as Jake has achieved a personal triumph, more than 20,000 loyal devotees have been following DDP's wellness principles and workout regimen to reach their personal wellness goals, including military veteran Arthur Boorman.

Roberts's induction to the WWE Hall Of Fame takes place the night before Wrestlemania XXX on April 5, 2014 at the New Orleans Arena, in New Orleans, LA.
