NEW YORK, Sept. 16 Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) today announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share of common stock, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable on October 16, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 2, 2009.
