Willow Crest is a 50-bed acute care psychiatric hospital and Moccasin Bend Ranch is a 28-bed residential treatment center. "Vizion's acquisition of Willow Crest marks the beginning of an aggressive campaign to purchase facilities throughout the country. After partnering in two previously successful behavioral healthcare companies, Mr. Schneider, a 40-year veteran in the field, formed a third company, Vizion Health. Vizion is privately owned with a home office in Charlotte, NC. Mark brings a very seasoned behavioral healthcare team with him, including Mr. Stephen Chesney as Chief Operating Officer and Dr. Ann Miller as Chief Development Officer. Mr. Chesney brings more than 30 years of experience operating multi-site and multi-state psychiatric businesses.
