Phil will spearhead a select team with the mission to continue developing and distributing innovative compliance, operational and sales performance products and services for retailers, including vehicles for educating retailers on new Pharma and CPG products.

In 2002, Rite Aid tapped Phil to become its Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations, where he remained until he launched Keoco, LLC.
