SKILLMAN, N.J., April 26 ConvaTec, a world-leading developer and marketer of innovative medical technologies for community and hospital care, today announced that it has appointed Lucia Luce Quinn to the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.

As a member of the executive team, Quinn will maintain responsibility for driving organizational and personnel strategy in support of ConvaTec's business objectives of accelerated growth, innovation and development.

Quinn brings over 20 years of national and international Human Resources, Communications and Marketing experience to ConvaTec. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Boston Scientific (BCS) Global Human Resources where she is credited with designing and implementing a highly successful service delivery model, significantly reducing overall Human Resources expenditures, upgrading global Human Resources staff, and overseeing governance, business review and decision-making processes across all executive functions and businesses.
