Experience simple "take home tools" for self-care to create more conscious and connected living.

Saturday, February 9 6:00 a.m. "Yang to the Yin" with Lori Haas, LCSW, CEDS, 500 hr CYT, Healing Emphasis Yoga (HEY) Therapist This Slow Flow yoga class will balance breath with movement (Yang energy) evolving toward stillness, inner peace and deeper consciousness (Yin energy).
