The latest inspection carried out by the CQC at 32 Whites Dental Care was an unannounced inspection aimed at assessing the day-to-day activities of the clinic in a number of key areas. By scheduling unannounced visits, the commission is able to provide a more faithful evaluation of the quality of care provided.

The areas looked at by CQC inspectors on their recent visit to 32 Whites were related to the delivery of appropriate care, the maintenance of hygiene standards, the training and qualifications of members of staff, the respect with which patients were treated routinely and the effectiveness of the complaints procedures put in place by management.
The inspectors were happy to pass 32 Whites Dental Care in all of these key areas.
During the inspection, the CQC team also spoke to patients about the service provided by the clinic. The dentistry team was highly praised by those attending appointments on the day of the assessment, with one patient stating, "They've looked after me and I've no complaints at all." Another described the clinic as a "super dentist."
After looking at treatment records and speaking with members of the service staff, the CQC inspectors left the premises satisfied that all essential standards of quality and safety were being met. The team has been given the green light to continue providing an excellent service for its patients.
