For example, physicians with more than 100 active diabetes patients can be identified and the aggregate improvement of the patients can be tracked by viewing changes in laboratory results subsequent to the inclusion of a new drug in their therapeutic regimen. Similarly, physicians' interests and educational needs can be matched to specific, new Internet-delivered CME programming.
