SenesTech's first product, ContraPest(TM), will dramatically improve rice yields in Southeast Asia by reducing the rice field rat population. Over half of the worlds 6 billion people rely on rice as a primary food source and Southeast Asia produces over 84% of this resource. Today, 1/5-1/3 of the Southeast Asian rice crop is damaged by these rodents. The company's product is a unique non-toxic, environmentally sound product that can dramatically reduce the rice rat population resulting in a significant reduction in the devastation caused by this pest in just one growing season. A mere 10% increase in rice production will feed an additional 380 million people.

Airhart's addition to the Board of Directors will support SenesTech's plans to launch their products in the first quarter of 2010. She will serve as a Director along with the current Board until the next regularly scheduled annual meeting of shareholders.
