According tothe magazine, in order to qualify for this year's listing, a company must havea minimum market capitalization of $250 million; have a stock price of atleast $5; have revenue and net income for the four quarters that ended March31, 2007 of at least $50 million and $10 million, respectively; and haveposted a compound annual growth in revenue and earnings per share of at least25% annually. All companies that met these criteria were ranked by theirrevenue growth rate; their EPS growth rate; and their three-year annualizedtotal return to investors for the period ended June 30, 2007. The overall rankis based on the sum of the three ranks.
