Volcano Corporation Schedules Second Quarter Conference Call, Webcast

SAN DIEGO, July 27 Volcano Corporation (Nasdaq: VOLC), a leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of products for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease, today announced that it will report its operating results for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal 2009 on Tuesday, August 4.

The company will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results and operating activities open to all interested parties at 2 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (5 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time), Tuesday, August 4, hosted by Scott Huennekens, president and chief executive officer, and John Dahldorf, chief financial officer.
