At the annual shareholder meeting, the Company also announced that it hasrecently been informed by a key Department of Justice ("DOJ") official thatthe DOJ has no intent to charge TeamStaff or any of its subsidiaries oremployees in connection with the federal investigation of contract practicesat various government owned/contractor operated facilities.
