Siemens' CEO to Join AdvaMed Dx's Board of Directors

DEERFIELD, Ill., April 20 Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics today announced that Donal Quinn has been appointed to AdvaMed Dx's Board of Directors. Quinn joins an 18-member Board comprised of executives from leading diagnostic companies worldwide.

AdvaMed Dx, a division of AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association), was recently formed to advance the public policy priorities of AdvaMed's diagnostic member companies and provide a dedicated vehicle that represents the interests of the in vitro diagnostics industry. "I am extremely pleased to help support AdvaMed Dx in addressing the unique regulatory, legislative, reimbursement and legal issues facing the diagnostic industry," said Quinn.
