SEATTLE, Aug. 21 K.C. Clark, a complex rehab specialist with eight years of experience, has joined Alliance Seating & Mobility (ASM), an accredited, national complex rehab company. Clark is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) in the Seattle, Wash., area for ASM (www.alliance-seating.com) to provide adult and pediatric manual and power mobility solutions for people with severe physical disabilities related to paralysis, cerebral palsy, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy and other conditions.

"My role in the rehab industry lets me be where I want to be--helping people retrieve their lives and be independent," said Clark. "I was introduced to the rehab industry eight years ago and have liked it ever since."

Clark holds the ATP certification through Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA). He was also a rehabilitation technical supplier, national sales trainer and northwest regional sales manager for Florida-based Hoveround. He earned his Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in education from Concordia University in Portland.

"K.C. combines his education experience with a drive to help his customers - both are key additions to the rehab industry and our team," said Scott Higley, ASM's Vice President of Business Development. "Our team is growing stronger every day, ensuring that we provide the best products and services possible to our complex rehab patients across the nation. With the help of professionals like K.C., we will have a nationwide reach by the end of this year."

Established in November 2007, ASM now serves people with complex needs in more than 50 cities across the country. ASM is also responsible for sales and service of rehabilitation equipment and commercially available assistive technology products/devices for consumers with disabilities.
