Senior Associates

Heidi Bilodeau's role as director of marketing encompasses brandmanagement and coordination of business development strategies with principalsfor Ratcliff's healthcare, academic and civic practice area groups. Bilodeauis Ratcliff's Alliance Coordinator for the Global Design Alliance. Bilodeauearned her bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University ofCalifornia, Los Angeles in 1993.

A healthcare interior designer, Lynn Drover, CID, IIDA, is a strongadvocate for designing healing environments that concurrently contribute topatient outcomes and support and re-energize the medical staff. She isworking on the program, remodel and expansion of John Muir Medical Center inWalnut Creek, California. She received her bachelor's degree in interiordesign from San Francisco State University in 1977 and has worked toward acertificate in healthcare design from Canada College.
