PLANO, Texas, Dec. 11 Perot Systems Corporation(NYSE: PER) (http://www.perotsystems.com) today announced that the Daughtersof Charity Health System (DCHS) has awarded the company a contract extensionfor IT services. Under terms of the agreement, Perot Systems will continue toprovide full IT outsourcing services to include application implementation andsupport, desktop support, local and wide area network design and maintenance,data center management, server design and control, help desk and incidentmanagement.

Perot Systems and DCHS began their relationship seven years ago, and theextension will enable DCHS to continue to improve its information technologycapabilities, ultimately resulting in a fully automated electronic medicalrecord as well as a computerized physician order entry capability.
