Medical Marketing Veteran Signs on as Director of Strategy and New Business Development at Active Imagination

Ferdinand, a native New Yorker, began her career in sales with RochePharmaceuticals and became involved in launching managed care to the New Yorkmarket. She developed an expertise in translating the complex concepts tophysicians and hospitals. "I was hooked! I took that expertise to the agencyside and began the next phase of my career in healthcare marketing," she said.

Ferdinand has since spent the last decade helping companies likeBristol-Myers Squibb US, Merck, Novartis and Pfizer, to name a few, launch newproducts and revitalize existing brands. "My experience over the past15 years includes strategic market development and branding, agency accountmanagement, advocacy development, and medical education."
