Explains James Borek, director ofDiagnostic Imaging, "We were having trouble finding people in our area to dothe transcription. According to Robert Buchanan, chief information officer, "Our reportvolume has increased, and as we have added services that requiretranscription, we couldn't keep up, even with outside assistance.
