Consociate Dansig will market and manage employee benefit programs, commercial insurance programs and other brokerage and consulting services for ICAHN members.

"We were very impressed with the experience that Consociate Dansig had in serving the healthcare industry and their demonstrated ability to apply technology in the area of benefits and insurance. Their senior management's background and competency of the internal consulting team made them stand out among the others that applied. We feel confident that their reputation for integrity will be a perfect fit for our network members," ICAHN's Director of Business Services and Development Curt Zimmerman said.
