SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., May 10 Environmental Tectonics Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCC) ("ETC" or the "Company") and its National AeroSpace Training and Research (NASTAR®) Center will attend the 81st Annual Scientific Meeting of the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) from May 9-13, 2010, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel in Phoenix, AZ. This marks the 30th year that ETC has attended and supported AsMA. The meeting supports a shared objective in understanding and enhancing the health, safety, and performance of persons involved in air and space travel.

In prior years ETC has sponsored the John Paul Stapp Award for outstanding contributions in the field of aerospace biomechanics and the Sidney D. Leverett, Jr. Award for significant contributions to environmental science in support of aerospace systems operations. This year a third award, the John Ernsting Award, will be granted to recognize outstanding research in altitude physiology and/or longstanding exceptional performance in the education, development, and administration of aerospace medicine and related specialties.

The AsMA Annual Scientific Meeting features international guest lectures, panels, workshops and exhibits that provide the latest results in aerospace medical research. ETC and NASTAR Center will have a booth during the conference. Aviation and space environments provide significant challenges, such as microgravity, radiation exposure, G-forces, emergency ejection injuries, and hypoxic conditions, for those embarking in their exploration.
