In September, CapitalSouth Bancorp (Nasdaq: CAPB) announced that theCompany had completed its merger with Monticello Bancshares, Inc. The mergeradded two banking offices for CapitalSouth Bank in Jacksonville, which willoperate under the CapitalSouth name, giving the bank a total of threelocations in Jacksonville and greatly increasing the convenience available toclients in the market.

Toy Drive to Mark Grand Opening
To celebrate the arrival of CapitalSouth in the Jacksonville market, eachbranch will be holding a holiday toy drive to benefit children being treatedat Shands Jacksonville, the largest of nine hospitals in the Shands HealthCarefamily and affiliated with the University of Florida. CapitalSouth will matchtoy-for-toy what the community graciously donates.
