Travel Anxiety

Many factors contribute to travel anxiety. This includes the journey to the airport, a long wait at the terminal, catching a flight on time, flying and getting off at the destination. Yet others include lack of sleep and long walks within the airport. People who are prone to travel stress should prepare well in advance, even take prescribed medication if need be, to relieve the anxiety.
