Passengers who belong to the above category can request the meet and assist/wheel chair services at the point of embarkation and disembarkation of the flight. Most of the airlines comply with the request and offer very good service. But it is mandatory to make the special assistance/wheel chair request at the time of booking the ticket. They let the wheel chair passengers board the aircraft first (after the first and business class passengers); but they would be the last passengers to disembark from the flight.
