Deficiency of vitamin B6 can result in scalp dryness leading to dandruff. Also, this vitamin is essential for proper absorption of Zinc. Bananas, chicken, turkey, salmon, and spinach supply vitamin B6.
Foods Rich in Omega 3 Fats
