What are the Symptoms of Leucopenia?
The symptoms of leucopenia include infections, fatigue, sleepiness, fever and headache.
Leucopenia may not result in any symptoms initially, until the body is prone to infection thereby affecting different organs. If leucopenia is mild, the person will hardly exhibit any symptoms. The symptoms start showing up only in severe cases.
Commonly seen sypmtoms include-
- High fever above 100oF
- Sore throat
- Skin rash
- Infections
- Sores on body, mouth, around the rectum and vagina
- Prolonged menstruation (in women).
- Fatigue
- Drowsiness
