Nutritional qualities

Pumpkins, an unlikely nutrition source, are rich in magnesium, manganese and phosphorous

They are good sources of iron, copper, protein, monounsaturated fats and zinc.  Specially useful are the pumpkin seeds, which have been proved to extremely beneficial to health. Specially important is the beta carotene content which improves if the pumpkin has been stored for several months.

Soybean is said to absorb the highest amount of chemicals from the fertilizers in the process of growing. Hence it is harmful. What do u say?
