The Eyed Fruit : Pineapple

Nutritional qualities 

It is referred to as a "protective fruit". Owing to its excellent nutritional qualities it is an essential fruit in the "Driers Cancer Diet". Vitamin C is found in abundance, it also contains vitamin A, thiamine and riboflavin. A treasure house of minerals calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chlorine, sulphur and manganese are present in it. If described in short it is fat free, cholesterol free, very low in sodium, and very high in vitamin C. 

A world of pineapples 

Being part of the ignorant breed considering that pineapples are only one kind I was surprised on finding these equally delicious varieties. I am sure you will and henceforth have an eagle's view of them all

Cayenne: 

Longer, more cylindrical with a golden skin. It has sharp leaves sprouting from a single location.

Soybean is said to absorb the highest amount of chemicals from the fertilizers in the process of growing. Hence it is harmful. What do u say?
