Conclusion

Women have varied roles to play, which they strive to do to perfection. Added to this are the physical and mental changes a woman has adopt to during menstruation, pregnancy and menopause.

At the cost of sleep she may be fulfilling her various roles. But this is to be discouraged as this may in the long run affect her health and productivity. She must give sleep its due priority and follow a strict sleep wake schedule. After all women are gods own gift to mankind and so need to cherished and respected.
