Hives - Treatment

Treatment / Management

Hives can cause discomfort, but it is possible to treat the symptoms until they disappear. In the case of chronic hives, ensuring that the patient is comfortable becomes the primary goal.

If the allergy-causing agent is identified then it must be completely avoided.

Even if the allergy-causing substance is not identified, the symptoms are to be treated.
