Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 1 medium sized banana
  • Half cup low fat peanut butter
  • Half cup non-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite whey protein powder
  • Ice cubes - 4 to 6

Directions: Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
