Shatavari and Reproductive Health

Shatavari protects and nourishes the female reproductive hormones to enhance fertility.

Side effects of Shatavari

People allergic to Asparagus may get skin reactions and pulmonary allergic reactions when using Shatavari.

Natural Standard, the international research collaboration and the authority on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), advises against the using of Shatavari in cases of patients with edema due to kidney disorder and impaired heart function. Pregnant or nursing mothers, too, are advised against using the herb preparation due to lack of sufficient scientific evidence.
