About

Sometimes women are baffled by the behavior of the men in their lives. Take the case of Kate and John. They hit a bottleneck in their marriage. John was behaving very differently and was very unlike his cheerful self. Kate was unable to understand what was wrong and kept blaming herself. Doubts crept into her mind, but she was unable to find out what went wrong.

This is not an unusual case, and it is better if women realize that men too have frequent mood swings. Feeling that ones partner is behaving differently is something that most of us have experienced at some point of time. Men too can get irritable, grumpy, oversensitive and even depressed similar to when women have PMS.

One should understand that emotions are a part of human life. And it is absolutely normal that men experience emotional ups and downs. The problem arises when these happen far too frequently leading to break down in relationships.
