As they say, what works for you may not work for other people. In my cause, dieting can never be possible as I can't cut certain food groups just to lose weight. I am using an appetite suppressant instead. With prescopodene, I didn't have to observe what I eat cause I don't eat as much. I also exercise at the same time. I find it really effective for me.
