I have taking the quail eggs and i have felt a great improvement in my health, for example I have I have been on cholesterol drugs for a long time and even then my bad cholesterol levels remained high, until I was introduced to taking quail eggs, that my good cholesterol came up and the bad one also decreased. I want to encourage all those with the same problem to take raw quail eggs, mixed it with orange or lemon juice it will taste good and easy to swallow. best of luck.Thanks to the science, continue to discover more about quail eggs.
