Most Indians tend to have an apple shaped body, because of their wrong diet which is mostly fried and sugary stuff.. They have a huge, bulging tummy, and a heavy frame. Most of the weight gets concentrated on the upper part of the torso, the middle portion that is the waist and the tummy area making them look more like a juicy apple. They generally have thin thighs and narrow hips, but have an obnoxious amount of weight around the bust and belly.

Although apple is a yummy and delicious fruit, yet those with such a figure may beg to differ. What is alarming about such body types is that, they are more prone to lifestyle diseases and therefore should put in lots of effort to reduce their weight. Aerobics is good for such body types to get rid of the body fat. Further, being diet conscious also helps greatly.. A healthy diet which includes fiber- rich complex carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables and whole grains is sure to do the trick.
