It is always recommended to have all communications recorded in writing. It is always advisable to maintain all documents and their copies for the purpose of establishing proof. It is desirable to use Registered A.D. (with acknowledgement due) or registered courier service to ensure that there is proof that the other party has received the document.

Caution

It is always desirable to negotiate hard with the concerned TPA and the Insurance company for settlement of claims. Adopting the legal route should be the last option on the list and should be undertaken only when the remaining options seem useless and unworthy.
