Cleft palate: This is a birth defect in which the palate does not form normally.Atrial Septal Defect: Hole in the wall separating the two upper chambers of the heart.
Congenital: Congenital is a term, which denotes Acquired by birth.
Ventricular Septal Defect: Hole in the wall separating the bottom chambers of the heart or ventricles.
Meningocele: A protrusion of the meninges through an opening in the skull or spinal cord due to a genetic defect.
