Seizure: Convulsions; sudden, involuntary movements of the muscles.Focal Partial Seizures: seizures (fits) affecting only a part of the body such as just one limb.
Epilepsy: A group of disorders marked by problems in the normal functioning of the brain. These problems can produce seizures, unusual body movements, a loss of consciousness or changes in consciousness, as well as mental problems or problems with the senses.

you talked about everything related to this syndrome except possible medication or combination of medications. i approached many neurologists in different countries and they were not able to find such combination of medication that could control the seizures. He still takes different medicines but no real effect.
