Glossary

Tendon: Connective tissue which joins the muscle to bone.

Osteotomy: Cutting and removal of bone by surgery.

Cryptorchidism: Undescended testis.

Cleft Palate: Cleft or split in the palate.

Meningomyelocele: It is the severe form of spina bifida.

Anencephaly: Absence of a significant portion of the brain, skull and scalp.

Gastroschisis: Defect in the abdominal wall through which intestines come outside the belly.

That was helpful information thank you, I have a question couldnt find answer for it.. Does Arthrogrypotic patient transfer AMC to his or her kids? I mean, is it a reason for some normal adults to not get in relation with AMCer?
