In a new poll for Discovery Channel, Prince William was voted as the top choice for the next monarch, which logically means that people want Kate to be queen.
William was most popular among the 18 to 24 year-olds, with 70 percent wanting him to rule.
The survey of 1,004 people also revealed that most young people would like to keep the monarchy, despite over half of them saying that the Royals do not provide value for money.
However, Prince Charles' wife and William's stepmother, Camilla received less support from the public, with less than half of the country saying she was a good ambassador for the Royal Family.
Almost 70 percent of people said they still had more respect for Princess Diana than Charles' new wife.
"Camilla is still facing an uphill struggle for public acceptance," The Sun quoted former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond, as saying.
