Wockhardt Inks Deal With NUSI for Hospital Property in Goa

The Wockhardt hospital group has signed a deal with National Union of Seafarers of India (NUSI) for their hospital property in Goa. The area located at Cuncolim village will boast of dialysis and physiotherapy centers as well besides having round-the-clock care.

"The facility in Goa is a tertiary care hospital with 180 beds and five operation theatres meeting international standards," Wockhardt group Chairman Dr Habil Khorakiwala said. "When you look at this facility, this is like a five star property but rates are par with any other hospital in Goa."

Goa Chief Minister Digamber Kamat had inaugurated this state-of-the-art hospital yesterday.
