Vogue’s Top 30 'eco-chic' Tips Includes Bamboo Bras

The new list of the top 30 "eco-chic" tips for the new season compiled by Vogue magazine includes Bamboo bras and biodegradable surfboards. Fashion has become greener than ever for Wildflower confetti and lipstick with a compostable tube are also mentioned in the list.

The Feed 2 eco bag designed by Lauren Bush, niece of US president George Bush, have also been enlisted.

Made out of burlap and muslin, the bag launches at Harrods next month.

"I hope the bag allows people to do something positive in a bite-sized way," the Scotsman quoted the 23-year-old, an honorary spokeswoman for the UN's World Food Programme, as telling the magazine.

"It represents a small solution, one bag at a time," she said.The newspaper reports that sales from the bag will help tackle child hunger.

Vogue magazine has also highlighted chocolate made to high ethical standards, and recommended where the readers can get ethically sound diamond jewellery.
