 Visa Tests Manipulated in Return for Money
An Indian national allegedly paid $11,000 so that he has a better English test score. This was revealed during The Corruption and Crime Commission hearing in Western Australia.
 
A Curtin university staff member allegedly received thousands of dollars to manipulate English language test scores and improve them for visa applications. 
A CCC senior counsel Peter Quinlan explained during the hearing that the Commission has proof to suggest a Curtin staff member had accepted thousands of dollars and manipulated dozens of test scores.

The hearing has pointed to proof of one Indian national who allegedly paid $11,000 to improve his score.
