Recently in Beijing, China it was found that the chest circumference records are beating all the previous records. When probed in to the matter it was found that better nutrition was the main reason.

The Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology said that the average chest circumference of Chinese women has increased by 1 cm (0.4 inch) to 83.53 cm (32.89 inches). This change was seen only from early 1990s.

The bra manufacturers now offer bigger cup-sizes in China. According to the Triumph brand saleswoman Zhang Jing it is known that previously most young women would wear A- or B-cup bras, but now the situation has taken a drastic change. The Hong Kong-based lingerie firm Embry Group said that it no longer produces A-cups but has increased its production of C-, D- and E-cup bras to meet the pressing demand. All this change among women is attributed to a healthy lifestyle accompanied with regular exercise and intake of nutritious diet.
