According to a friend who was a colleague of the murdered nurse, Cheryl Moss said that she was having IVF treatment before she was tragically killed. When speaking to the press outside the St George's Hospital in Hornchurch, Essex.

Carly Waite worked with Cheryl on the Canvey ward. She said that Cheryl was desperate to have a child. She said that not many colleagues can belive that one among them was murdered in the common smoking spot. She said that Cheryl was very energetic and a loving person who always wore a smile on her face.

She was great with the patients. But Miss Waite also insisted that till date the security in the hospital wasn't an issue. She added that everybody went out there to take a puff was not worried about walking down there as it is right on the hospital but it is also on the country park. But now they have stepped up the security.
