L.A: The U-C-L-A Medical Center, in Los Angeles is witness to a seven-month-old boy, in a serious condition after a heart transplant. His twin, also in need of a transplant, is still waiting for an organ.
Nick and Nate Draper, the twin brothers were born in Phoenix with a fatal heart condition called dilated cardiomyopathy. They required immediate medical help, and were flown in to the medical center.
According to the Doctors, Nick Draper's new heart was connected to a machine to assist in the beating, following the heart's incapacity to beat on its own. Doctors fear that he might need another transplant, if the condition becomes worse, as a life saving measure.
