osteoporosis is a huge problem for women and any food givig respite is welcome. a new study now brings onion.

The study was performed on rats and their bone cells. The compound isolated from white onions called GPCS, glutamyl peptide did wonders and being treated with parathyroid hormone the bone cells improved resoprtion. So this study can greatly help women and their problem.
