Queensland Opposition not happy over hiring consultancy

Bruce Flegg, from the opposition party has strongly opposed the Queensland Government decision of hiring a private consultancy company to examine the different ways to develop the health system and fixing the charges for health care facilities. Mr. Flegg accused the Government for unnecessarily spending towards private firm for survey and review of health care system. The Health Minister Stephen Robertson has said that hiring a consultancy firm like the Allen consulting Group would analyze and survey on the existing charges and would standardize the cost and charges for the entire state and also examine the costs for various subsidy schemes, dental schemes, health insurance schemes and outpatient concessions.
